Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, softref can not offer refunds or exchanges for products once delivered and activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final. You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key.
Most items purchased at softref.com may be returned by mail. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.Items must be returned within 30 days:
- 3D printers
- 3D printing supplies and products
Must be returned within 15 days:
- Computer hardware
- Printers (excluding 3D printers).
- Camcoreders, Digital cameras.
Not available for return:
- Software delivered by email (no returns, refunds or price reduction).
How Refunds Are Issued:
All refunds will be issued in original methods of payment. If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased. Refunds may take between 5-10 business days.
